Review content:
Stay away from this place.
Once they receive your payment, they lose their enthusiasm for helping you. This place is run more like a business, more than another other lasik place I have visited in the past.
Furthermore, the front desk staff is rude, and the doctors don't care. Before you commit to pay, they'll sell themselves like skilled business people. Once you fall into the trap, you get to experience their true colors.
Next, Dr. Ma isn't as skilled as other doctors I have seen. My lasik was half successful; my right eye was fune but my left eye was far from 20/20. Since they don't get paid for touch up, I had to argue with the doctor's for weeks before they agreed to do it. And they did it grudgingly.
Laser Pro is so money hungry that they even charge $50 for some medical records. Who does that? Other places I've been to don't charge such a fee. Well, Laser Pro does.
In the end, reviews are yours to believe or not believe. If you decide to forgo the reviews and try Laser Pro out, best of luck.
