What a horrible experience! Went to this restaurant recently with a large group of people. It took 1 hour to get the drinks straightened out, I found myself ordering two drinks at a time because it took 40 minutes to get one drink. We actually had one person in our party going to the bar to get drinks because the waitress was useless. They had a a man walking around that was strictly taking orders for wine, when people placed orders for wine with him, the orders magically disappeared. As far as the food...... way over priced, i could make a better mashed potato in an easy bake oven. Not only were orders misplaced, but when questioning the waitress for missing food, we then received an attitude as if it were our fault the order was not placed, when we clearly saw her write and confirm our orders. When it boiled down to it, the service was horrendous, but at the end of the day they graciously tipped themselves their 18%.
