The present Deputy in charge of records - isn't exactly sure why he's there. He believes he's the new ""Department Hatchet Man."" He seems to have a J.Sixth mentality. He is driven to avenge what he percieves as past ""Snubs""- he is vindictive and spiteful - without purpose.\r
He feels his actual duties are not as important as his crusade to avenge his ""Personal Agenda.""""\r

- to bad - he was a great Firefighter. Many who fear him now - respected him before the Gold Stars blinded him.
