I have had my system for about 4 years, I am very upset at the fact of how the contract automatically renew themselves for a period of 3 years. I wrote my termination form and faxed it in to the company. They recieved it about 9 days late to meet the 60 day prior to renewal date. I have moved from my rental house and could take the system, but I am still having to pay 39.99 a month for 3 more years and I not even in the home. They will not release me from the contract. They will also service charge you for ALL maintence services. Low battery are 50.00 min. The alarm will beep and beep until you fix it, you are forced to fixed it right then or go crazy from the beeping. Every time that I have called in for any questions or services they first give you the run around and then once you finally talk to someone, they are rude! This businees does not try to achieve customer satisfaction, they try to trap you, and they will so read your contracts carefully!! \r
