Review content:
After viewing what a wanted moved and knowing exactly where I was moving too (owner said he's moved people there before), I was given an estimate. I specifically told him I couldn't go over a certain amount. He said no problem. After the move was complete, the owner presented me with a bill that was $200.00 higher than my estimate. He said it was due to a couple of little steps on the path to my apt..He also stood there and straight out lied that he never gave me the lower quote. I ended up giving him only $50.00 dollars over that lower quote and I kick myself now for even doing that. So...CHECK THE REVIEWS before u hire anyone. I'm surprised how companies like this stay in business in this city because word gets around quick. I just feel sorry for his workers - he probably treats them like he treats his customers.
Pros: workers worked hard and did a good job
Cons: didn't honor estimate / owner lied about estimate
