Review content:
I had been parking my car at a Secure Parking facility for 7 consecutive days. The sign posted reads, ""Must pay each time you leave vehicle and must pay everyday."" The first day I parked my vehicle, it was 6PM, after 24 hours had elapsed (making it the next day), I went and paid the daily parking fee again. As mentioned, I did this for seven consecutive days without any issue. In fact, two of the seven, I actually overpaid because I did not have exact change. On the seventh day, I went down to pay my fee and found a ticket on my car that had been issued at 10:45AM. I also found a boot that had been placed on my vehicle at 11:00AM! I attempted to call the parking attendant/manager or any other person I could discuss the matter with. When you call the phone number provided to you, you are directed to a website. There was absolutely NO ONE I could speak with. On the website, they give no information about ticket disputes or who to contact. Their was a not from the towing company (which I will write a review for them separately). This was my only contact and I was hung up on several times. Finally, an attendant came by and admitted that he had received my payment the night before. The tow company attempted to explain that ""every day"" means ""beginning at midnight."" This is not posted anywhere! According to their standards, if you park at 11:00PM, your parking is only validated for one hour. If this is true, they can legally put a boot on every car in the lot at 12:01AM. Please be advised of this scam. I am taking the company to small claims court because of the absurdity of the situation. NO WHERE does it list a specific time you must pay by, it simply states ""each day."" Their scam is to use this as a why to issue tickets and they work with a booting company to scam their customers. Avoid this place at all costs and please learn from my mistakes! Pros: Nothing in the world Cons: Where to begin....
