If you'd like your hair color to turn urine-yellow, get it done at Christopher's. If you fancy the fragrance of BO combined with the stench of a chain smoker, hop in the chair of any of the ""beauticians"" at this tired, dirty salon. Sadly, I should have known that this is the last stop for all of the ""stylists"" (and I use this term loosely) at Christopher's due to the pitiful appearance of them all. One woman, who has had a few to many nips and tucks, profanely declares between puffs, that she was Jose Eber?s favorite colorist. Another, who seriously needs an ?extreme makeover,? can only do buzz-cuts and bleach hair that lovely shade of French's Mustard...the same color as her's. If you want to be threatened with bodily harm and subsequent arrest, ask Christopher, himself, to correct the color mistake his employee made. No wonder they do business on a CASH ONLY BASIS, so you have no recourse. But, because they do business on a CASH ONLY BASIS, they are putting their customers at risk as they are situated on a busy street, just a quick hop to the freeway, and they keep their door propped open at all times...so that they can stand outside the door to smoke and to allow the stink to waft inside. As some of the other clientele are resplendent with penitentiary tats, the inevitable will happen some day...hopefully the customers won't lose too much (or their lives). But wait!...there's more! You can also get the same ""service with a smile"" at Christopher's other salon in Lake Elsinore.
Pros: Absolutely none
Cons: Dirty, smells bad, stylists are on their last legs (so to speak), owner is abusive to clients
