Review content:
I went to the store to purchase a part for my 07 mustang. I went there and waited 45 min for some one to assist me then I finally got the part and it was wrong. Then I had to return it. When the refund was processed it did not match the total I paid. I noticed it on my next statement. I went into the store and asked for the manager but they did not come out. I overheard the rep talking to the manager and he said you handle it I do not want to go out there. I tried to force the issue so the manager would come out but never did. I eventualy left and just gave up. I am now out the difference. This is a horrible company and if it wants to remain open I suggest an overhaul of the management team. They are just plain lazy and do not want to help the customer at all. Avoid at all costs! Do not buy from them!
