I have never had a good experience with this location. I've been on the phone all morning trying to call this place and no one has pick up my call since 9am today, now it is 12noon. I can not be on the phone all day long, I have to get me self to work now. Oh, and problem with my mail man that comes to my house, he never once brought my certified letter or any of my packages to my address. He always leaves me this little orange/brown notes to tell me to go to this branch to pick it up. I was home all the time when the mail man comes around but, he never brings the letter or packages. But, he (mailman) was able to bring me someone else's check to my home. Wow! don't surprise me on all the mistakes. Now, I know where my mail and packages goes to. The second time I waited for him to bring the second attemp and you know what his excuses was? You need to pick it up at the branch and handed me this orange/brown note again. I read it and it says that I was not home while the delivery was being made. Luckily, I was able to caught him and ask him that I am here now, where is my mail? He saids it's too many mails for him to carry. You need to go to the branch to pick it up. As of right now, I am still waiting for a package from my sister but, still haven't receive it yet. Been 3 months to be exact. Mail man says it's too heavy for him to carry them. Why do u think that he has this UPS vehicle? Joy ride? It questions me on what else he delivers and puts in there but, packages and mails. Apparently, why is he still getting paid and not do his job?
