Businiess name:  Adams Shoe Repair

Review content:
Adams shoe repair was recommended by a friend and I found good reviews on the internet. So I brought a $600 pair of shoes to have the soles replaced. The price was $75, which I thought was a lot for this work, but the lady (China) justified it by saying they are the only place around that knows how to do shoe repair properly. \r \r When I got my shoes back, the soles were glued instead of stitched. I was shocked; it didn't even occur to me that they would consider doing this. She said she would fix it, but the stitching machine broken and a new one was coming in the next week. When I finally went to pick them up, they were still glued. She explained that the person who did them the first time was new and didn't know what he was doing. I asked her to fix them properly (stitched) but she refused and told me they won't come apart. The leather is now warped and discolored and the glue is visible all around the edges. The shoes are ruined.\r Cons: Poor quality service
