Review content:
I went to this place to pick up two pairs of shoes that my mom had dropped off earlier. Why she left my shoes at this place, i have no idea. The place is so messy and disorganized with shoes and purses EVERYWHERE. (I uploaded a picture I took with my phone). And there's pictures of her and her husband everywhere. I don't know what ""celebrities"" came to this place that another review spoke about. There were some pictures of strange people signed, but I didn't know one of them.
I walked in and the woman (china) was on her phone texting. She didn't look up from her phone when she said hello, which is all she said. When I told her I was there to pick up two pairs of shoes she continued to text for another 5 minutes while I stood there. After I gave her the ticket, she asked what the shoes looked like and what the brand name was because clearly she couldn't find them. She gave me one pair and said the other pair would be ready in another 15 minutes.
I left and came back 15 minutes later to a man screaming at her that she was crazy, I wasn't surprised. And then as she made me wait another 25 minutes, assuring me the shoes would be ready soon. Then she told me they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow.
Everyone that came in and wanted to use a credit card, she tried to convince them not to. My bill was $50 and when i handed her the credit card, she asked if I had $50 cash because the credit card puts some sort of tax on it.
Honestly, I don't know how this place is still in business or who would give this place 5 stars. I am NEVER going back here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
