I took my dog here to be groomed, and I picked her up late for an appointment (the groomer was 1/2 hour late). When I got my dog home I realized that she was MORE filthy than when I first took her in! I tried to resolve this with the groomer, and then the owner and they both resorted to NAME CALLING! The owner herself told me if I thought I could do a better job, then I should just ""DO IT MYSELF""!! They wouldn't resolve the issue, and even landed up calling me a ""freak"" for ""complaining"" (this was the owner).\r

I've now spoken with others that have had the same experiences, or even worse ones. I even filed a formal complaint with the state and city . My way of life is usually live and let live, but this business is a disgrace. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DAPPER DOG SALON TO ANYONE!
