Pros: Animal friendly people, definitely have dogs best interest at heart, convenient drop off for people with early schedules (biggest pro)\r CON: \r 1. our dog has come home with feces all over him 3 times (never happened at other places)\r 2. they use their concern for animals in ways that are not ethical... i.e. not doing what the owners ask for (like feeding at dog certain amounts) because they don't feel like it is right. they actually pulled a dog out of a kennel, told me it was a vet's dog, then proceeded to tell me they fed the dog less than the owner requests because they feel the dog is too fat)... \r 3. this morning they smacked our golden retriever in the head because he was over exuberant in his greeting... he is very responsive to verbal correction and very well trained so it was completely over the top.\r 4. they told us our golden was fat (he is within breed standards at 72 lbs, we exercise him daily, and our vet said he was perfect) and told us our rescue dog was the perfect weight (she was starved in a garage before she was rescued and you can see her ribs through her very dense and thick fur) even though our vet told us she would need to gain about 10lbs. this makes problem #2 even a bigger problem!!!\r \r overall, good intentions, but terrible ethics and execution of their ideals. Pros: convenient pick up and drop off, well intentioned Cons: not a clean environment, are not ethical
