This daycare has a growing repetition for losing great teachers due to the lack of support and directions from their directors. In the past four months they have lost 5 teachers with degrees and the passion to teach. The “turn-over” rate is ridiculous and parents are starting to see the results of the inconsistency. \r
\r
Besides the lost of teachers the classroom is bare from the lack of materials, and filled with torn books and outdated toys. The students quickly become bored within the classroom and in return their behavior has spiraled downward. The directors allow limited discipline making it difficult to maintain any classroom management. In fact one directors has announced her lack of confidence in the curriculum and the management system enforced at this daycare\r
\r
The playground is deserted. There have not been any toys or manipulatives for the children to explore. Children often end up playing in dirt and pine needles to maintain their active personalities.\r
\r
Please do your children a favor and stay away!!! Teachers refuse to bring their own children to this daycare unless by choice.\r
