Review content:
We arrived at the restaurant, sat down and after twenty minutes went to the front desk and asked for a waitress. She appeared, took our drink order, brought us our drinks and took our lunch order. Then she vanished for over an hour. After an hour of waiting for our food I went and spoke to the manager. Our food arrived shortly thereafter. Some of it was cold and one of us was given the wrong order. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks, any bread or any dessert. Neither the waitress or the manager apologized for the hideously long delay. Lunch at Zeppo ruined an otherwise nice day and I would never go there again.
