Took my Toyota Tacoma truck here for repairs after a crash and a recommendation from my neighbor.
After an initial estimate of 5 weeks to repair I ask why they can't hit the 2 week window insurance is calling for? and what do I get? A lecture on how this is going to go down with the insurance company.
""well we're going to have to call Ins and get approval for any extras and that could take a few days just for the approval the a few days for parts and it always goes this way.... etc etc etc..."" John was his name.
They've had my truck for 3 full business days at this point, had not ordered one part, or started work on it. So I had it towed to a Toyota body shop
Cannot recommend this place at all.
Pros: nothing, if I could give a Zero I would
Cons: did nothing on my truck for 3 days, not even ordered parts.
