Review content:
I took in a wool coat that had a light scent that needed to be taken care of. When I came back and got my coat it smelled worse than when I had dropped it off. They explained that they were a discount cleaner, so they didn't do anything extra to get rid of stains or scents. I asked why they didn't mention that when I dropped it off and they had no answer. I asked if there was anything additional they could do, and they suggested I hang it up to air out, and see if that worked. When i went a few doors down to another cleaner they said they get people with the same problem all the time. I went back to ask if it they had something posted about harder stains or scents, they said they thought so then couldn't find anything. After finally asking what it was I wanted I was rudely told they could not give me my money back, then was told I could come back in the short hours a manager is there another day and talk to them. They may have great prices for everyday cleaning but do not guarantee anything beyond that. I'm now paying twice as much to fix what they made worse. I will not return, I'd rather pay more for quality.
Also their policy for lost or damages article is not to exceed 10x the charge for servicing the item. So if you take in a $160 suit jacket and they damage or lose it the will only reimburse $30.
