For the love of God, don't do it! I understand they may be okay for installation, but my experience for repair and maintenance has been a four-month nightmare. You would be better served setting your money on fire, then dumping the ashes in your pool.I was told the problem could be fixed for $600 and the pool would be maintained for $150 a month. Well, $1300 later, it is, and has been, a swamp. It was only blue for a few days after is was drained and refilled and has been unusable ever since. Despite numerous calls and dozens of broken promises, they won't even respond to us about refunding our money. We've been given every excuse about being short-handed, having employees quit, and most recently was told that they are too busy and our pool is too difficult to maintain, so they won't be back. What!?!?!? That was just after Labor Day and they had already been paid for the month of September. The reason it is hard to maintain is that they didn't repair it right in the first place! We have never been approached about needing additional repairs and we would gladly pay for them if they would just show up and do what they said they would do.\r \r Granted, I sound extremely upset...because I am, but I have never been rude or pushy with them. I'm not generally a malcontent, by any means, and would normally never take to the internet to slam somebody. But in the case, I thought I would feel guilty if I didn't do something to help prevent other people from being burned like this.
