I found Croakers through this site, and it is just terrific. We had a very short wait, and then were treated to some terrific seafood and great service. I recommend the fried platter to be split by two people. I asked the waitress what people said when they ordered it for one, and she smiled and said ""they always ask for a box."" Get an appetizer - take your time. This is a place to savor. Don't dress up - it's a down home neighborhood spot. You won't leave hungry, or remotely be sorry you came.
Pros: Great food - fair prices - huge portions
Cons: The neighborhood is a little rough.
