I am very satisfied with the work provided by Monster Moving and Storage. I can't say enough how much they helped me with the intricacies of my move. First, I had to leave earlier then estimated and arrive earlier as well. Dan made sure I was going to get serviced no matter what. Originally, I was suppose to be a part of a tractor trailer, which was ok by me. But since I changed the day of pick up and delivery, they had to charter a truck especially for me. I understood that all this was going to incur an additional cost, but I was surprised how minimal the extra cost was. I didn't expect that at all. My company paid for any additional amount out of my pocket, so I was totally fine with that. Plus, they packed everything, they reassembled everything as well. I can't say enough how happy I am with them. Thanks so much Monster Moving for your help and dedication.
