Businiess name:  Louisiana Restaurant

With four star prices, you would expect four star service. Unfortunately, at Louisiana this is not their priority. This is by far the worst service I have received in Baltimore. Yes, it was Valentine's Day, I gave them leniency. But, when you order a $100 bottle of wine and it take the server at least 20 minutes to bring it to your table there is a problem. Our server was rude, and dishonest. We had a $25 gift certificate, for which he ignored and charged us the full amount and played stupid when confronted. \r \r Shrimp and grits, delicious, very authentic. Unfortunately, these are not compelling enough for me to come back to endure that kind of service. Skip Louisana and head to Charleston, it is worth the extra money to be treated like a guest instead of a second class citizen. Pros: Shrimp and Grits Cons: Service, Price, Parking
