Review content:
I recently worked the annual art and wine festival, this was my second time and I'm sad to say it will be my last. I would advise anyone that is considering on working the art and wine festival to reconsider. I thought that because it was my second time working and because I had proven the previous year that I was a very reliable and a hard worker that I would be treated with respect and kindness. Sadly I was treated the exact opposite, I did everything I was instructed to do but one manager in perticular had it out for me. I will never understand why, even when I was asked to leave early by another manager who had been instructed by the manager who didnt like me why she didnt like me he couldnt give me a straight answer. I found it extremely unprofessional that she could tell me herself so at least I could have asked her why. I think the reason she avoided asking me herself is because she probably wouldnt be able to answer with a straight answer either. Just because your having a bad day and your stressed out doesnt give you the right to take it out on your employees. I feel bad for all the people who stayed there because I know she was treating them almost with the same attitude that she treated me with. Please if you are considering working the art and wine festival save yourself the headache and pain.
