Review content:
I took my vehicle to Courtesy twice and was disappointed both times. My vehicle is 20 years so maybe they don't like old vehicles, I don't want to turn people off with newer vehicles who have been pleased with their service in the past.
First, I had some significant fluid leaks that would have spelled the end of it about 18 months ago. Well after being charged $50 I was told nothing could be done, just keep filling it up. Well, the next day I took it somewhere else where it was fixed for about $200.
So why would I go back? Turns out my neighbor is friends with the owners and swears by them so I thought maybe they had a bad day. When my steering pump was leaking and going bad I took I decided to take it there as they are close by. Well again, ""nothing to do keep putting steering fluid in it, replacing the steering pump would cost $500."" At least this time they didn't charge me for looking at it. Of course the pump was bad so I took it somewhere else where it was completely replaced new for less than $200.
Again, maybe old vehicles are just too much trouble for them but I wish they would just say it up front. Unfortunately I spent money there in the meantime.
