Tampicos is AWESOME! This is authentic Mexican food, and it is fabulous. The 'plate lunches' come with delicious homeade refried beans and rice. The pork gorditas are one of my favorites, as are the tacos and quesadillas. The green sauce that comes with your order is extremely hot, but so wonderful you can't help but devour it, even though you know you'll have indigestion later. All the food is actually less greasy and cheesy than your usual Tex-Mex, so you won't feel bad when you eat it every day (which you'll want to do!) The food always tastes very fresh; not your usual Sysco offerings. Tampicos is cheap, too. The plate lunches are about $5.00 a person, with a drink.
