Let me start by saying this is a nice salon but the staff is very pushy. I have been a customer on and off since 2005. From my experience, Ive used $80 lotion and $30 lotions and dont see a difference. Long story short I pay $50 per month for level 2 tanning. I went in and asked for a basic lotion around $30 which I had never had a problem finding before. The sales girls laughed at me, told me they could maybe find me a lotion at $40, showed me two lotions and charges me $52. Im not a cheapo but wow way to laugh at your customer when the lotion you showed me costs more than their employee made in the day? Also they never have the bed you pay all the money for and if they dont, they will downgrade your bed without telling you. Think if you paid full price for a hotel room, showed up and you were downgraded but charged the same.
