My wife and I rented a deuce coupe and were given directions that were missing an important step in their Coronado location. Even though it was a minor mistake, the owner took it upon herself and gave us a free hour in one of their Scott Coupes without any strings attached (we didn't have to purchase anything)! Great gesture that earned this positive review!
