Didn't this guy - Walter Rivera the owner and guitar instructor at this place get arrested and booked on 10 counts of lewd acts with a victem under the age of 14 on May 18, 2006. This information is up on the Chula Vista Police Departments website. Just Google the name: Walter Rivera and see for yourself. Why is this guy still in business, especially a business that works with children???
