cars are towed because people park it next to grass, since there isnt enough parking spaces...\r
the complex is beginning a ""recycling"" program... but they dont have a bin for paper nor newspaper or pizza boxes, so people have to throw their trash in a nearby elementary school!!! otherwise you will be finned $100 if caught mixing the trash in the not designated bins..\r
that is so wrong!!
Pros: nice pool, basketball court
Cons: trash overflows, not enough parking lot, gate is broken, dark at night
