WE LEFT A CAR THERE FOR A FEW HOURS BECAUSE WE HAD TO MEET MY COUSIN AND GO VISIT MY GRANDMA WHO JUST WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. BEFORE WE LEFT WE PURCHASED ABOUT $20 WORTH OF STUFF. WHEN WE CAME BACK THEY HAD TOWED OUR COUSINS CAR. THEY HAVE A SIGN POSTED THAT READS COMMON CENSE PARKING ONLY. WE INFORMED THEM THAT WE PARKED THERE AND BOUGHT THINGS, BUT HAD TO LEAVE SO IN OUR MINDS WE WERE CUSTOMERS SO WE COULD PARK THERE. SHE INFORMED US THAT ""ONCE YOU LEAVE HERE YOU ARE NO LONGER CUSTOMERS"". WE CALLED THE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED MIKE AND HE BASICALLY SAID THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO. HE ALSO INFORMED US THAT HE DOESN'T CARE IF IT'S BEEN 15 MINUTES THAT THERE CAR IS THERE, THEY WILL STILL TOW ANY ONE. WE SEARCHED INTO THINGS A LITTLE FURTHER AND FOUND OUT THAT MIKE HAS A DEAL WITH HIS BUDDY (OWNER OF SPEEDY TOWING) THAT MIKE GETS A PERCENTAGE OF MONEY FROM EVERY CAR THAT GETS TOWED. NO WONDER HE WAS SO RUDE ABOUT IT. IN FACT HE HAD TOWED 3 OTHER CARS JUST THAT NIGHT. THEIR WHOLE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR ""CUSTOMERS"". THEY ARE TOO CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM OUR EXPENSE.
Pros: THEY HAVE A SANDWHICH STORE THAT WE USED TO GO TO A LOT
Cons: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL TOW IF IT'S ONLY BEEN 15 MIN BECAUSE THEY GET MONEY FROM IT.
