Worst store in 15 years of online shopping experience. I ordered 2 pairs of slippers on November 15th, 2010 1. Their website is sloppy. I ordered something and it showed 3 times. PayPal wasn't available, had to use credit card. PayPal kept notifying me that the store owner couldn't recieve money. Hell bell how is that even possible? 2. After two weeks I called them because I never got a shipping email. You know that kinda email you get that says ""thanks for shopping with us and we have shipped your order...."" 3. A man named Kevin answered the phone, he didn't waste time over any kind of friendly greeting, just mumbled his name. He told me my order was on its way. I believed him, why not? He lied. 4. Four weeks later, nothing. No email or any kind of contact whatsoever to inform me what has happened to my order. Zero contact. Even until today, December 25th 2010, 6 weeks later, nothing. Those slippers were supposed to be a christmas gift. I am so glad I trusted my inner feelings and ordered them at Amazon. This store offeres customer service of its purest. Why would you bother to inform your customer? Email, phone call, for what? Welcome to the year 2010! DON'T BUY anything, they have nothing special that you couldn't get at other stores. Stores which care about their customers, since they're handling their money. And guess what happened to my shopping cart? It was silently emptied. They just remove your order as it has never been placed. Way to go!
