I moved out of Park Madera in May. Three weeks later I was sent half of my security deposit after leaving the apartment spotless and the carpet cleaned.\r

I was not informed of any issues during my apartment inspection so was shocked to receive only half of my deposit back. Charged me $60.00 for carpet cleaning which I already had done and $145.00 for Touch-up Painting. Simply outrageous.\r

The apartment community is so-so. There are much nicer places in the area. My advice: Skip it.
Pros: Easy access to military base
Cons: Nothing special.
