Like TANDL below, this was the worse experience I have ever had purchasing blinds which I have done for 3 new homes in the past 12 years. I became acquainted with this company at a Home Show and contracted with them because they promised a better price than I had been quoted from JC Pennys. They will provide great service to the point they get your order - then, the excuses begin. I am finally done with them after 3 months and only because mentally, I am tired of arguing with them over how the blinds hang and just have decided to live with it. Even today, their installer left with the vertical valance hanging crooked. Spend a few extra hundred dollars and go with another company - you will save yourself a lot of stress! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BBB - THEY HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS REGISTERED.
