Review content:
We had our roofs done through Safeco Roofing during the Hail storm of October 2010. We were pleased with their work at that time. We experienced a small leak from a skylight which needed repair. We began calling the day after Thanksgiving with no response. It is now Dec 12th and we still haven't heard from them. They are still licensed and doing business, but are not showing any regard for our 30 year contract. Our insurance agent has tried to contact them for us, since she recommended the company. No response to her. Be careful. If someone does not honor their word, you should be weary of doing business. We will report them through the proper channels and see if they step forward. Shame on SafeCo Roofing. In this time of financial hardship to treat a customer with such disregard is shameful.
