Cavalier Dry Cleaners in Lindley, Reseda totally RUINED MY JACKET! And they wouldn't accept their fault. I gave the jacket and got it after a week totally faded and looking very ,very old. The jacket was worn only for a few days.The owner insists that the jacket's material is dry cleanable and it was not his fault whatever happened to my jacket.He told me he'd call the manufacturer but after 7 calls and 17 days after the incident, all he tells me is I'm busy right now, I have a customer, can you call me back again, I called the manufactureer but they haven't returned my call, call me back..Today, i called again. And he tells me he's busy. I call again..and he is annoyed and tells me I have been calling him 5 times for this day and he does not like my attitude.
The thing is I entrusted my jacket to CAVALIER for cleaning. And it was destroyed. But he doesn't want to own up his responsibility for what happened to my jacket. So, DO NOT TRUST this Cavalier Cleaners.
