I was so pleased when I found their website - bocaagency - because it tells me if there are foreclosures or short sales and the days that the property is on the market and plus, community names search! I like that the information refreshed frequently (daily) and any of my email inquiries were handled personally and within minutes! When I contacted the agency directly, again was surprised with the no-frills, knowledgeable service. There was no hard selling, just honest, helpful financing advice. They go above and beyond with a great patience. Very pleased that I was able to see the properties I was interested in and at the convenient for me time.
