As soon as I walked in, the gentlemen (forgot his name) gave me a tour. He seemed very pushy, ie., trying to sell, sell. When I got my hair done, the stylist did a nice job with my color and cut. But she styled it in a very curly wet look style. It looked awful. This was after I told her that I don't like my hair curly. I think she didn't want to spend the time blow drying. Even though I paid full price. When I paid, the gentlemen had said our goal is for you to purchase more of our services (Well, yeahhhhh.). The guy didn't even care that I was unemployed, which he knew. When I paid, he said, oh, we don't include tips on the credit card, so you will need to write a separate check or use cash. YES, I had all intentions of tipping the young lady. (I always tip and tip generously). He then asked me if I wanted to purchase shampoo this after I purchased 2 styling products (total 30.00). I said no thanks, he said, I thought you used the type of shampoo, I said, yes, but I have some at home. He then looked at me very strange. He just gave me a bad vibe, it was like he was not sincere at all. I know that everyone is out to make money, but don't be PUSHY and swarmy about it.
