Review content:
Maria Luisa Castellanos and United Architects, Inc., designed the residence addition and remodeling for our house in Coral Gables. The work entailed adding a new master bedroom suite, a conversion of the existing screened porch and its expansion to create a family room, the addition of a foyer and trellis on the front of the house, and a raised terrace with a trellis above to the back of the house. We were very pleased with the design and the house is now beautiful and very functional. Ms. Castellanos was good to work with, easily captured our ideas and implemented them. She was extremely reliable and responsible, finishing our plans in a timely manner. She was very accessible and available throughout the entire period, from preliminary design to final construction completion.
