Review content:
I spent over $400 to have my bike completely serviced for sale in December. Since I didn't have an immediate buyer their service person Chris told me I could keep it there and put a For Sale flyer on their board. He told me he would make sure it was kept in running. I checked with him over a 9 month period by phone and visiting the shop to see if anyone had been interested and to make sure it was still ok to keep the bike there. He said it was no problem.
If I could do a minus star I would. To rate with one star is giving too much.
When I decided to bring it home. It wouldn't start which meant they had not been running it on a regular basis and it would cost me another $200.00 to fix it. They would not give me a break at all nor take responsibility for what they had promised.
When I first had it repaired they kept calling and jacking up the price of repairs as they kept finding things wrong with it even after they had the whole thing apart. The repairs started out at a little over $200 and wound up over $400 not including the additional $225.00 to get it fixed and out the door this time.
I would never recommend or have anything to do with these people ever again.
Carol
