Horrible! We had been long time, regular customers of Italian Chef..until last Friday. We ordered our regular pizza and wings. After a longer than usual delivery time: The wrong style of pizza arrived, wings were so hard I would say they were more jerky like, and pizza tasted like cardboard. We called and spoke to manager telling her the food concerns...She proceeded to ask how much was consumed...being as we are a family of five (five one servings) I estimated 1/3...She then offered $10 off our $40 dollar bill...what a joke and further was rude about it.....Ok food at best and horrible customer service (was not the first time we were treated poorly at this dump)....If you want ok food and people that treat you like dirt...call 470-1111 or just ask for the scum bags on butternut.
