I visited Tru salon recently and was very dissapoionted, my service started with the owner julie,she was a half hour late for my apppointment, then passed me over to another stylist to shampoo me which was one of the best shampoos i have ever had but doesn't make it any better. I waited even longer with wet hair in the chair waiting for julie. the whole time julie talked non-stop i felt like she wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing to my hair and that was clear when she was done becuase it looked terrible, i feel like the lady has no experience doing hair. The very little time i spent in julies chair the receptionist walked over 3 times and distracted julie. After i was done with julie i had a nail service with christin and she was just the same she kept talking about herself and ontop of that she had her cell phone in the drawer and kept checking it, i was shocked i felt that i was treated very disrespectfully.\r
i highly recommend not going to either of these two for any service.\r
i am not going back to tru salon
