Those reading these reviews should be forewarned that the only positive reviews have been written by the company's employees or the owner herself. I received the worst service imaginable from broom hildas awhile ago. I felt compelled to write because recently, a couple of my coworkers went through the same experience. Simply put, the cleaners do not clean, do not act like the kind of people you would trust in your house, and the service is ridiculously expensive. Given that Ithaca is such a small region, the company should be aware that word gets around...it is difficult to get through one month on the ""rants and raves"" section of craigslist without seeing another local who was scammed by this operation. Maybe instead of spending time countering the highly accurate negative reviews of this service, the owner could actually bite the bullet and focus on improving her service and hiring credible employees before it's too late.
