Review content:
Service and customer care have rapidly worsened in the past year with this agency, which was once one of the area's better cleaning services. Calls are rarely returned. Workers are overbooked and stay no more than one hour for a job that requires at least two. Not even the bare minimum (i.e. completely dusting the dining room table) can be expected, and the dust and dirt just piles up, especially behind and in the furniture. The company takes no pride in their work, and the workers are constantly complaining about their employer. My new appliances are completely scratched because scouring pads were used on the surfaces. Better to pay more with a quality, reputable company than to pay what you think is a reasonable price and than have to re-do it yourself.

Cons: A total thumbs down.
