Review content:
I was (mistakenly?) overcharged by the employees and have had great difficulty in resolving the problem with the owner. She essentially said that I must be wrong, and has refused to refund the overcharged amount.
Pros: Responded to my request for cleaning right away, and had a crew available within 24 hours.
Cons: Wrote down the wrong week for the cleaning, then overcharged me and refused to refund the excess.
