Review content:
This motel was one-step up from a truck stop and hardly more comfortable. The bed felt as though it were solid wood, and 48 hours later, I am still aching from the experience. The towels were stiff and scratchy, and there weren't even proper bath mats but rather over-sized paper place mats with the word ""bath mat"" inscribed on them!
In short, I don't know where the positive reviews are coming from. The motel is in desperate need of an update, from decor to basic comforts. Pay the extra $20-$30/night and stay elsewhere. Your back will thank you.
(The one star is for the wifi. At least they had that. Otherwise, I'd give them no stars at all.)
