I've been shopping here since I moved to the Binghamton area six years ago, and I've been consistently pleased.
They carry high-quality food for my four dogs, three rabbits, and varying numbers of fish I've had over the years. I don't think I've ever been in there without at least one person offering to help, and I appreciate that they carry out the heavy bags to my car.
The only down-side to the store is that it's fairly crowded with the a wide variety of products they carry. There's no room to expand at their current location unless the pack-and-mail place adjoining them would move out.
They are locally-owned, and that's very important to me. They'll continue to have my business.
