While this place looks upscale, the service is anything but. On my first visit there I sat with the hair stylist and showed her, in the book, what I wanted. Platinum blonde. What I came out with was bleached blonde with a small burnt patch by my right eye. When I asked if she could tone it down, I was asked to come back later, she had two other clients waiting. I did not leave and the ""fix"" she did looks just as bad as before. For what I paid I expected much more. She quoted me $154 and at the register it was up to $162. I will never suggest this place to my friends.
