I joined this YMCA without expecting more than a tour and a point in the right direction. What I got was a warm greeting by the desk staff, a tour that really explained it all and a suggestion that I get my free one hour orientation as soon as I joined. I was pleasantly surprised at how willing everyone was to help me. This YMCA is the cleanest. I have been to plenty of fitness places and this one is the best. I also went to the pool area and was treated very well. Desk staff person Lisa answered al my questions and even suggested a great place for dinner since I was new in town. I highly recommend this YMCA. Five stars.....
