SW Gas recommended this company as one of three to contact for a problem I was having with my gas fireplace. They were couteous and prompt to come and did not charge me for the estimate, however, the estimate did not break down the parts required from the labor to make the repairs and I was surprised by the cost. By calling the manufacturer I have since found that the parts are only about 25%of the estimate of $600. Because we are handy, we will make the repairs on our own. I would recommend getting more estimates if you call this company.
