If you want somebody who's going to recommend products/treatments that you actually need/will benefit you go to another dermatologist. If you want somebody who's a condescending know-it-all who talks down to you and only recommends the products that currently yield the most profit to her, don't trust Janice. Unprofessional, rude office staff, don't follow a protocol or keep their patients informed, so that they can take advantage of patients and milk them for all their worth\r
