Review content:
We live in California and were visiting relatives in New Mexico and my daughter woke up with a terrible toothache. I wasn’t sure what to do since we couldn’t see our usual dentist. My sister recommended her kid’s dentist, Dr. Rachelle Shaw. I called and got through right away. Before I had even mentioned that my niece and nephew are established patients, the woman on the phone at Dr. Shaw’s office had told me that she could get my daughter in right away. She said that they were very busy but that they would still see my daughter because they hate to hear that a child is in pain. I was impressed! We went over and Dr. Shaw was very nice. Her staff was too. I think my daughter was nervous at first, but when she walked through the door and saw how fun the office was – it’s full of games and a giant rocket ship – she calmed down. She wasn’t afraid of Dr. Shaw at all, which was a huge relief for me. She ended up needing the tooth extracted and felt much better after it was out. Incredibly, when my daughter came out, she didn’t even realize that Dr. Shaw had taken out her tooth or given her a shot. I couldn’t believe that dentistry could be that gentle! It was like magic. I just wish Dr. Shaw was in California. In fact, I also wish she saw adults so that I could be her patient as well!
Pros: Gentle, Caring, Got In Immediately, Everyone There is a MOM
Cons: I wish Dr. Shaw were in California instead of New Mexico!!
